Do I need land before I look at designs?

Answer: You don’t need to have land before you choose a home design, although if you have a rough idea of the size of the land you would like, that will help you with your design. Perth Townies are able to custom design you new home dream and we have tonnes of experience working with narrow and odd shaped lots, so don’t be afraid look outside the box when you are picking your land.

Alternatively, if choosing both land and a home design seems like a daunting process, you can choose a house and land package in your preferred area – even better get in touch and we can develop a solution for you.

How long does it take to build?

Answer: Generally speaking, an average build time using traditional construction methods can range from 10-12 months, from slab down. But, this depends on factors like the location of your land and ease of access, your chosen materials and even the time of year.

Your new home consultant will walk you through everything you need to know about your build. right down to scheduling when each stage will start. This means you will know exactly how you new home build is progressing at every step of the way.

What is included in the house price?

Answer: Inclusions will vary from builder to builder. At Perth Townies we have a stunning list of premium inclusions. Here are just a few of them:

Does a narrow lot mean a smaller home?

Answer: No, definitely not. When designed right, a narrow lot home is just like the regular family home. Using innovative design principles, you'll find we have designs to meet every lifestyle choice.

In fact, as larger lots now quite limited, Perth Townies has developed an extensive range of two-storey terrace style homes that are perfect to maximise your block and budget.

Do Perth Townies only build terrace homes?

Answer: Of course not, we started out in the single-storey world and have built up our experience and expertise of the years so we can offer you a stunning range of traditional homes to suit any space, including single-storey, infill lot homes, custom shaped lots, as well as terrace and townhouse style homes. Whether you’re a first home buyer, an investor, or looking to downsize our range will have something to suit you and your lifestyle.
