I walked in your shoes and knew I had to fix the walk!

Over six years ago I began my new home journey, venturing from display home to display home looking for that perfect design to suit my needs. While I had the idea of what I wanted, it always seemed a little out of reach compared to what was available. Eventually it got to the point where the whole process became over whelming and the end result was me settling for something that was close enough, but not quite right. It was then that I knew I wanted to create a way to simplify the home buying process.

I started life as a New Homes Consultant with one of the major players, absorbing as much as I could but all the while trying to create a custom home experience for my clients. This was working out to an extent, but the cookie cutter process lacked the vision and support I felt my clients deserved. After 4 yrs I ventured across two more home builder brands before entering the building broker space as a Business Development Manager, each time increasing my knowledge and skill set but, more importantly, increasing my understanding of what it means to assist clients into their new home.

I realised the gaping hole, not only in our current market but also in product availability, to those choosing a different way of embracing the great Australian dream and this is where my passion was found and ALOA Design Consulting was born.

Jump forward to today and ALOA is here to support Perth’s new home buyers to build their new home dreams. From small single story to Farmhouse or multi unit development sites, we can get your project done.

Mel and I met Aaron around April through a mutual friend and walked into his office and took a seat then with a very welcoming voice asked us what we were looking for in our new home. After explaining to what we were after he showed us a few plans and with a few modifications to one of those plans he came up with the plans to our perfect home.

Now that we have been in our new home for 6 months Aaron has also taken the time to pop in every now and then to check out how things are going and has helped us out as far as the 6 month maintenance list should be looked at which was a massive help. Aaron made everything so easy for us explaining everything to us that we needed to know and going above and beyond to help us when needed. Exceeded our expectations

We were really not going to build, the thought of it terrified us. But the prospect of being able to custom design a house plan with Aaron, for a very similar price to the cookie cutter houses you get with other builders, was too good to miss.
