Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to receive the referral bonus:
The person being referred must have given permission for their details to be submitted.
The person being referred must enter into a Building Contract with the assistance of Perth Townies.
The referee must advise Perth Townies of the person who referred them at the time of Initial Consultation. No referral details will be accepted after this point.
The referral payment will be paid to the referrer when the referred customer’s home has commenced construction (slab down stage). If the Contract is to cancel, this offer becomes null and void.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the any other referral program.
The referral promotion may end at the discretion of Perth Townies and any decisions related to the promotion are taken by Perth Townies and not contestable.
