Not only is he fantastic at what he does, he designed a wonderful custom build for us which we adore he is just a all round great guy. I would recommend ALOA to anyone who is ready to build a home. Mel and I met Aaron around April through a mutual friend and walked into his office and took a seat then with a very welcoming voice asked us what we were looking for in our new home. After explaining to what we were after he showed us a few plans and with a few modifications to one of those plans he came up with the plans to our perfect home.
Now that we have been in our new home for 6 months Aaron has also taken the time to pop in every now and then to check out how things are going and has helped us out as far as the 6 month maintenance list should be looked at which was a massive help. Aaron made everything so easy for us explaining everything to us that we needed to know and going above and beyond to help us when needed. If you are looking for someone to design your new home or next home then I strongly recommend that you give him a call, if he doesn’t have your plan then he will do after a short time. We were really not going to build, the thought of it terrified us. But the prospect of being able to custom design a house plan with Aaron, for a very similar price to the cookie cutter houses you get with other builders, was too good to miss. Aaron has been going above and beyond every step of the way. No little thing we’ve asked for has been too much.
